Positions and their availability at Clinical Associates


Registered/Certified Medical Assistants work closely with the physicians throughout the company in direct patient care to include performing vitals, exam room set-up and break-down, diagnostic and screening tests, triaging messages, administering shots, and all of the things that come up during a busy day in a medical office. A mindset to provide quality patient care and customer service is a must.


  • Central Business Office
    Practice Support Team MA, travel throughout the company. Flexible Schedule

  • Woodholme Location
    2- Float MA's needed for the Woodholme location, Mon. -Fri.  9am-5pm

  • Woodholme Location
    MA needed for the Woodholme location to work with Endocrinology, Mon. -Fri.  9am-5pm

    MA Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant

  • Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant program and/or a minimum of 2 years related experience

  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of electronic medical records and electronic practice management system a plus. NextGen experience preferred

  • Able to physically assist patients onto and off of examination tables

  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail required


Opportunity for a full time Receptionist. The receptionist primarily answers the phone, facilitates communication between patients and providers, and schedules appointments.

    Receptionist needed for our Woodholme location, Mon. -Fri.  9am-5pm

          Receptionist Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Customer Service or Medical Office experience preferred

  • Ability to check patient eligibility

  • Basic computer skills with a willingness and ability to learn new applications

  • Ability to multi-task
